FIELD: food industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to food industry, in particular, to functional purpose syrups production and may be used in food and processing industry. The syrup contains directly squeezed juice of brightly coloured fruits or berries, sugar, vegetal components that are represented by water extracts of rosehips and nettle leaves, citric acid solution and flavotsen.
EFFECT: invention ensures manufacture of a syrup with increased biological value due to usage of directly squeezed brightly coloured juices with a high content of native bioflavonoids and flavotsen and allows to increase antioxidant and bacteriostatic properties due to high propionic acid content in the nettle extract.
