FIELD: food industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to production of alcohol-free beverages of functional purpose, in particular to syrups based on juices, herbal raw material extracts and honey, and can be used to increase biological value of the product. Honey syrup with vegetable extracts contains grape juice of dark grapes, chokeberry juice, rosehip extract, herbal extracts of balm, citric acid and natural honey at the following initial ingredients ratio, wt%: grape juice of dark grapes – 15, chokeberry juice – 5, vegetable extract of rosehips – 6.7, herbal balm extract – 2.6, citric acid – 0.8 and natural honey – the rest.
EFFECT: invention allows to produce honey syrup of enhanced biological value with high antioxidant properties.
