FIELD: transport.
SUBSTANCE: device comprises cylindrical case, inlet pipe with converging cross-section, conical case arranged tangentially at cylindrical case and connected therewith and outlet pipe arranged inside said cylindrical case. Cylindrical case houses membrane with stiff centre arranged between its flange and cover and having central calibrated orifice of hydraulic throttle. The latter is rigidly connected with moving sleeve displacing over fixed sleeve outer surface. Said fixed sleeve is rigidly secured in the case cover to vary flow areas of diametrical orifices of overlapping openings of fixed and moving sleeves.
EFFECT: higher efficiency of cleaning.
