FIELD: food industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to pureed nutritional compositions. The nutritional composition contains puree, chosen from the group consisting of at least one fruit puree, at least one vegetable puree, at least one fruit puree concentrate, at least one vegetable puree concentrate and their combinations, an ingredient, chosen from the group consisting of dextrose, dextrose polymers, other syrups of grains/nuts, including rice syrup, agava syrup, palm syrup and their combination, and a carbohydrate fraction. The carbohydrate fraction contains glucose and fructose at a weight ratio equal to nearly 0.5:1 - 5:1 and is present in an amount of nearly 10 g - 45 g as per one portion of the nutritional composition. Puree in the nutritional composition is present in an amount of nearly 30% - 100%. The nutritional composition is used for improvement of sport people performance at competitions.
EFFECT: invention allows to produce pureed nutritional compositions improved in terms of specific carbohydrates.
