SUBSTANCE: method relates, in particular, to compositions based one vegetables in the form of vegetable and vegetable/fruit pastilles. According to the base implementation version, the rendered food products include 75 wt % of one vegetable; the product is represented by a homogeneous pliant mass having water activity within the range of approximately 0.3 - 1.0. According to the other version, the food products include 15 wt % of one variety of vegetables and 40 wt % of one variety of fruit; the product is represented by a homogeneous pliant mass having water activity within the range of approximately 0.3 - 1.0. Additionally, the invention ensures methods for manufacture and application of such food products.
EFFECT: taste properties improvement.
