FIELD: motors and pumps.

SUBSTANCE: to generate thrust in a water medium the directed flow in liquid with reference to an object with a propelling device from combustion of combustible substances. The components of combustible substance, namely a combustible fuel and an oxidizer, are injected separately, in a controlled pulsing mode, with simultaneous mixing of a combustible fuel and an oxidizer in liquid and with obtaining of a gas bubble with a combustible mixture in liquid on active surface of a propelling device. The combustible mixture in the bubble is burned, for example, by means of electric discharge.

EFFECT: increase of specific thrust.
