FIELD: chemistry.

SUBSTANCE: invention refers to a method for producing compounds of general formula , wherein R1 represents linear or branched C1-C6 alkyl group, unsubstituted or substituted aryl or heteroaryl group; R2 represents linear or branched C1-C6 alkyl group, arylalkyl group; R3 represents H, C1-C4 alkyl group. The method is implemented in accordance with the scheme such as below. The method involves a reaction of silyl ester of general formula 3, wherein R4 represents Me, Et, while R5 represents Me, Et, and imine of general formula 4, wherein R1 is linear or branched alkyl group C1-C6, arylalkyl group, unsubstituted or substituted aryl group, heteraryl group; R2 is linear or branched alkyl group C1-C6 or arylalkyl group. Furthermore, the method involves alcohol exchange or hydrolytic splitting of intermediate compounds of general formula 5 (3R*,5S*,6S*,1'S*) and 6 (3R*,5S*,6S*,1'R*), wherein R1 represents linear or branched C1-C6 alkyl group, arylalkyl group, unsubstituted or substituted aryl group, heteroaryl group; R2 represents linear or branched C1-C6 alkyl group, arylalkyl group; R4 represents Me or Et to produce the compounds of formula 1.

EFFECT: presented method enables producing the isoserine derivatives having good yield and high diastereoselectivity with no intermediate compounds recovered.
