SUBSTANCE: invention refers to a method for producing compounds of general formula , wherein R¹ represents linear or branched C₁-C₆ alkyl group, unsubstituted or substituted aryl or heteroaryl group; R² represents linear or branched C₁-C₆ alkyl group, arylalkyl group; R³ represents H, C₁-C₄ alkyl group. The method is implemented in accordance with the scheme such as below. The method involves a reaction of silyl ester of general formula 3, wherein R⁴ represents Me, Et, while R⁵ represents Me, Et, and imine of general formula 4, wherein R¹ is linear or branched alkyl group C₁-C₆, arylalkyl group, unsubstituted or substituted aryl group, heteraryl group; R² is linear or branched alkyl group C₁-C₆ or arylalkyl group. Furthermore, the method involves alcohol exchange or hydrolytic splitting of intermediate compounds of general formula 5 (3R*,5S*,6S*,1'S*) and 6 (3R*,5S*,6S*,1'R*), wherein R¹ represents linear or branched C₁-C₆ alkyl group, arylalkyl group, unsubstituted or substituted aryl group, heteroaryl group; R² represents linear or branched C₁-C₆ alkyl group, arylalkyl group; R⁴ represents Me or Et to produce the compounds of formula 1.

EFFECT: presented method enables producing the isoserine derivatives having good yield and high diastereoselectivity with no intermediate compounds recovered.
