in which X and Y are a group, in which X and Y together with a carbon atom on ring B to which they are bonded form a ring A, X and Y together represent a ring B substitute, or each of X and Y is a hydrogen atom.
EFFECT: invention relates to a medicinal agent based on the said compounds, which has inhibitory effect on intracellular signal transduction or cell activation induced by an endotoxin.
