SUBSTANCE: invention relates to derivatives of benzopyrane of the formula (1)

or the formula (2) ,

wherein each R¹ and R² means independently of one another hydrogen atom; R³ means hydroxyl group; R⁴ means hydrogen atom; R⁵ means (C₁-C₆)-alkyl group substituted with (C₆-C₁₄)-aryl group wherein indicated (C₁-C₆)-group can be substituted optionally with hydroxyl, methyl group and indicated (C₆-C₁₄)-aryl group can be substitute optionally with 1-3 radicals R⁷ (wherein R⁷ represents halogen atom or amino-group) or linear (C₅-C₈)-alkyl group; R⁶ means (C₁-C₆)-alkyl group (wherein indicated alkyl group can be substituted optionally with hydroxyl or amino-group), halogen atom, nitro-group or -C(O)NH₂ but excluding compound of the formula (1) wherein R means -NO₂ at position 6; R⁵ means -CH₂CH₂Ph, and R¹ and R² mean methyl group, and compound of the formula (1) wherein R⁶ means bromine atom at position 6; R⁵ means benzyl and R¹ and R² mean methyl group, or their pharmaceutically acceptable salts, and a pharmaceutical preparation based on thereof. Proposed compounds are useful as anti-arrhythmic agents.
