FIELD: heating.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to organic heat carriers, namely to liquid flameproof heat carriers on a water-glycol basis, which are used for a converter of electromagnetic radiation of the Sun to heat energy for heating of the heat carrier. Sedimentation stable heat carrier for the solar collector includes 50 wt % of 1,2-propanediol, 0.5 wt % of nanodispersed carbon or 0.1 wt % of nigrosine, and water is the rest.
EFFECT: proposed heat carrier has increased light absorbing ability comprising 99,8% at availability of nanodispersed carbon and 99,5% at availability in it of nigrosine, which provides increase of heating rate of heat carrier by 5-6 times and improvement of efficient operation of a solar collector with a liquid heat carrier.
