FIELD: process engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to fuel fluid separator and filter of solid particles. Said separator and filter comprises first or outer stage configured for coalescing water from fuel and second or inner stage to separate coalesced water from fluid flow and to remove fine solid particles from fluid flow. Coalescing stage comprises corrugated cylinder of polymer. Said corrugated cylinder crimp sockets and downstream crimp crests and discharge points located thereat. Separation stage comprises polymer smooth cylinder surrounded by sandwiched corrugated cylinder and staying in contact with its crimp crests.
EFFECT: higher efficiency of water and solid particles removal.
