FIELD: physics.
SUBSTANCE: invention describes the method and system for generation of spatial image, generally, for metal surfaces with mirror characteristic and, particularly, for ballistic evidences. Note here that photometric stereo is used by definition and solution of multiple sets of nonlinear equations containing diffusion member and mirror member. This is done for determination of the field N(x, y) of vectors of perpendiculars to the surface and to use N(x, y) for determination of spatial topography Z(x, y).
EFFECT: perfected system of spatial image generation.
