FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to medicine; it can be used for skin gloss measurement. A system containing a machine-readable carrier is proposed for implementation of a method for detection of skin gloss, using a system containing a sensor, while the sensor contains n spatially spaced light sources made with the possibility of emission of unpolarized visible light of the source, wherein a value of n is at least three, a detector made at the first distance selected from a range of 10-80 mm from each of light sources and made with the possibility of detection of polarized light; and a polarizer made to the detector, wherein the polarizer contains one or more of a segmented polarizer and a polarizer of spatially changing polarization, the segmented polarizer contains a pixel polarizer of a wire mesh with n pixels having polarization orientations perpendicular to each other. Moreover, the system contains a case containing the sensor, and the case has the first hole providing a viewing field for the detector. In this case, the method includes subsequent emission of source light from the specified n spatially spaced light sources, wherein source light is emitted with optical axes at an angle of incidence, selected from a range of 50-60°, with the skin at the second distance set as a distance between the first hole and the detector or as a distance between the first hole and the last optical element in front of the detector, if viewed from the detector; detection of subsequently reflected source light subsequently generated by light sources; and generation of detector signals corresponding to the detected reflected light.

EFFECT: group of inventions provides for an increase in the efficiency of skin gloss measurement, using the Brewster angle.
