FIELD: radio engineering, communication.

SUBSTANCE: transmitter contains reference signals (RS) generator comprising first unit of spectrum extension configured to extend spectrums of sequence members for RS, that are intended to mapping on the first frequency resource of the first resources unit by means of use of the first codes group and to extend the sequence members intended for mapping on the first frequency resource of the second resources unit by means of the third codes group, second unit of spectrum extension configured to extend spectrums of sequence members intended for mapping on the second frequency resource of the first resources unit by means of the second codes group, and to extend sequence members intended for mapping on the second frequency resource of the second resources unit by means of the forth codes group, and display unit. The first and second code groups, as well as the third and forth code groups are mirror to each other relatively to columns; and one of third and forth code groups if formed by cyclic displacement of the vector-column for one of first and second groups.

EFFECT: improved RS randomisation, elimination of problems relating poser unbalance of RS transmission, and meeting of the requirement for orthogonality in two measurements, ie both time and frequency.
