SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to medicine. Holder of cartridge for medication has distal and proximal ends and longitudinal axis. Holder contains case part, in which cartridge can be, at least, partially, inserted. Connecting case part is made with possibility of connecting to part of device for medication delivery by means of insertion of connecting case part into said part. Fixing element is connected with connecting case part and represents section of wall of connecting case part. Fixing element can be bent towards longitudinal axis into position, in which fixing element comes into engagement with neck part of cartridge or with cavity, located in cartridge, in this way fixing cartridge against distal cartridge travel. Cartridge-containing device for medication delivery, methods of cartridge fixation and cartridge holder are disclosed.
