FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the machine building and can be used in the rotor machines subjected to increased requirements for high speed and possibility of multiple start-ups (shutdowns) of the machine. The combined support contains external ring (1), internal ring (2) and roll bodies (3) making roll bearing, shaft (4). In roll bearing a flap gasodynamic bearing is located. The support is provided with the flaps (6) fixtures (5) installed in slots on the internal surface of the internal ring (2) provided with resilient switching elements (7) with possibility of movement under centrifugal forces.
EFFECT: increased rotation speed of the rotor and improved its stability, increased durability of the support assembly on a whole upon permanent dimensions, widening of scope of application of this support type, improved reliability due to dividing and back-up of functions of the roll bearing and flap gasodynamic bearing at various operation modes.
