A control system of a power plant with a mill for grinding the material to be supplied to a combustion system includes the first sensor, the second sensor, a control system, a component of a state assessment module, which can receive signals; with that, the component of the state assessment module has a possibility of using the first signal, the second signal and the third signal to generate an indicator signal of the material parameter and an indicator signal of the system state, and an output component to generate an output control signal.

EFFECT: invention allows improving accuracy of the system when responding to disturbance and reducing the time of the power plant reaction to load variation.
