SUBSTANCE: damper contains a casing, main manhole going from casing, separating plate, internal manhole with first end and second end, and deviating flow element. The separating plate is located in the casing with possibility of the casing division to the first cavity and second cavity. The internal manhole passes through the separating plate to connect the first cavity and the second cavity. The first end of the internal manhole is in the first cavity, and the second end is in the second cavity. The deviating flow element is located proximal to the second end of the internal manhole with possibility to deviate the flow passing through the internal manhole.
EFFECT: damper stable operation is ensured.
