FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: nickel-plating electrolyte has the following chemical composition, g/l: nickel sulphamate 325-440, nickel chloride 4-10, cobalt sulphamate 12-30, boracic acid 25-40, sodium lauryl sulfate 0.01-0.1, nanoparticle of aluminum oxide and/or zirconium oxide 2-55, microparticles: aluminum oxide á and γ phases 10-40, molybdenum disulfide 1-4, water up to 1 l. Microparticles of the aluminum oxide and molybdenum disulfide have dispersion 0.5÷20 micron. The electrolyte additionally contains saccharin as brightening addition. Use of the suggested electrolyte increases operational life of the assemblies of the machines and machinery.
EFFECT: development of nickel-plating electrolyte ensuring reception of the composite-clustered electrodeposited coatings based on nickel, having increased microhardness, wear resistance and improved antifriction properties.
