FIELD: transport.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to machine building, namely, to disc brakes. Brake disc comprises cylindrical hub, friction ring and conical flange connecting said hub with said friction ring. Cylindrical hub defines the central axial and gas axial width and OD. OD surface defines the hub outer perimeter. Friction ring comprises two opposed ring elements each provided with outer braking surface and inner surface. Ring elements are interconnected by multiple ribs extending from inner surface of one ring element to inner surface of the other one. At braking, brake disc flange is subjected to bending stress In compliance with first version, conical flange has inner section connected with said hub, outer section connected with one of two opposed ring elements and radial section connecting inner section with outer section. In compliance with second version, conical flange has inner section connected with said hub, outer section connected with ribs and radial section connecting inner section with outer section. Hub, friction ring and conical flange are made integral of one material to make brake disc comprise single-piece body. In compliance with third version, said hub comprises first and second axial ends to define axial width. Note here that flange inner section is connected with said hub at mid position between first and second axial ends of said flange.
EFFECT: ruled out hub expansion radially outward, hence, preserved interference fit of hub and axle.
