FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to machine building, particularly, to clutch couplings of vehicle transmissions. Unit of double clutch (1) of transmission contains friction couplings (2 and 3), pistons (10, 11) installed in housings (12, 13) on hubs (14, 15), and hydraulic cylinders (26, 27). Couplings have packs (4, 5) of driving (6, 7) and driven (8, 9) friction discs. Couplings of one standard size are installed in series one after another. Profile drums (35, 36) with disks (8, 9) are located around pistons (10, 11). Flange of driving shaft (28) is connected to cover (37) and tubular section (38). In the end of section (38) grooves (39) are made located opposite slots (40). Wave springs (46) are installed in packs (4, 5) between thrust (29, 30), driving (6, 7) and pressure disks (31, 32). Pipe (55) is located between tubular section (38) and rim (16). In slots (59) there are ledges (60) of plate disc (61), which is connected to flange of splined bushing (62), connected to shaft (63). Shaft (63) is installed coaxially with shaft (64) of larger diameter and with fixed guide (66). On guide (66) hub (15) is installed by means of bearings (67, 68).
EFFECT: enabling higher reliability.
