FIELD: process engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to processes of conversion and can be used for production of hollow charges for crushing of rock oversize. In compliance with this process, rocket propellants are processed to hollow charges. Propellant charge is secured in lather chuck. Charge part of required length is cut of at sprinkling with water and dried. To create hollow charge, shaped funnel is bored at sprinkling with water to secure electrical igniter to said charge.
EFFECT: method of hollow charge fabrication from ballistic rocket propellant.
