FIELD: process engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to processes of conversion and can be used for production of hollow charges for crushing of rock oversize. In compliance with this process, rocket propellants are processed to hollow charges. Propellant charge is secured in lather chuck. Charge part of required length is cut of at sprinkling with water and dried. Shaped cone is formed in mould female die filled with heated water. They are heated to propellant softening. Then shaped funnel is formed by action of male die to forming cone. The mould is cooled to withdraw forming cone and to extract article from mould seat.
EFFECT: method of hollow charge fabrication from ballistic rocket propellant.
