SUBSTANCE: invention relates to field of agriculture and serves for improving impact of agricultural chemicals. Graft copolymer, obtained by free-radical polymerisation of monomer mixture, containing N-vinyl lactam, vinyl ether and polyether, is applied to increase pesticide activity. Water agrochemical composition, containing pesticide and graft copolymer, obtained by free-radical polymerisation of monomer mixture, containing i) 30-80 wt % of vinylpyrrolidone, N-vinylcaprolactam or their mixtures, ii) 10-50 wt % of vinylacetate and iii) 10-50 wt % of polyether.

EFFECT: claimed composition possesses high activity and serves for fighting phytopathogenic fungi and/or growth of undesirable plants, and/or undesirable attack of insects or mites and ticks, and/or plant growth regulation.
