FIELD: electricity.
SUBSTANCE: function of heating under winter conditions and thermal regulation of a battery belongs to a hierarchical electronic control system built into the battery by connection of heating elements of battery modules to its insulated energy-exchange DC line through electronic switches built into and controlled from control units of modules related to accumulator control units installed on the battery accumulators and provided with temperature sensors and equalising devices.
EFFECT: economy of costs for equipment of temperature automation of heating and combination of a balancing process of battery accumulators with its being heated from the chosen accumulators without allowing their recharging and disturbance of balancing.
