FIELD: metallurgy.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to mechanical engineering and can be used at the fabrication of details with an increased heat resistance. The method of application on a product of a heat-resistant ceramic-metal coating from a heat resisting alloy includes the application on the surface of the named product of alternating ceramic layers of refractory oxides of metals and separation of these layers by intermediate compensation layers of a ductile metal. The compensation layers are made from the same metals, the oxides of which make a basis of the refractory ceramic-metal layers, and the composition of components of the coating is selected so that coefficients of the thermal expansion of the coating and material of the product to be differed by no more than 15%. The alternating ceramic layers of the refractory oxides of metals are the layers of chrome and yttrium oxides that are applied until obtaining a layer of refractory spinel YCrO3 with the thickness of 100 nanometres. The named ceramic layers are applied with additional metallisation at which the share of the metal component Cr+Y amounts 5-10%. Application of each ceramic and compensation layer is performed with the alternation of depositing within 3 minutes and dispersion within 30 seconds.
EFFECT: increase of the strength and heat resistance of the coating is provided.
