FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to orthopedic dentistry, and can be used in manufacturing metal-ceramic dental prostheses. Essence of method of obtaining metal-ceramic coatings on the surface of dental prostheses lies in the following: before application of metal layer jet-abrasive processing of internal surface and ionic polishing of external surface of dental prosthesis are carried out; transitive from 5 nm to 20 nm thick sublayer from metal (zirconium) is applied, after that, alternating layers from mixture of metal and ceramics with higher content of ceramics and lower content of ceramics are sputtered, with regulation of component ratio in each layer depending on selected colour of dental prosthesis, facing hard ceramic layer being sputtered the last. Each layer with lower content of ceramics is sputtered from 5 nm to 20 nm thick, the layer with higher content of ceramics being from 30 nm to 70 nm thick. Facing layer is sputtered from 1 mcm to 5 mcm thick. Coating is sputtered to 100 mcm thick. Content of ceramics in layers with higher content of ceramics is not less than 60%, with ratio, %: zirconium (Zr) 5-10, zirconium nitride (ZrN) 0-30, zirconium oxide (ZrO2)-the remaining part. Content of ceramics in layers with lower content of ceramics is not more than 20%, with ratio, %: zirconium oxide (ZrO2) 0-20, zirconium nitride (ZrN) 0-20, zirconium (Zr) - the remaining part.
EFFECT: application of method ensures mechanical hardness, strength and plasticity of coating with its small thickness.
