FIELD: construction.
SUBSTANCE: in a safety damaged structure of an enclosure, comprising reinforced concrete panels with size of 6000×1800 mm, the panel consists of damaged and non-damaged parts, at the same time the non-damaged part is made in the form of bearing ribs placed along the contour of the damaged part, and the damaged part is made in the form of at least two coaxially arranged grooves in a building wall, one of which, the external one, is formed by planes of regular quadrangular truncated pyramid with a rectangular base, and the other one, the internal one, represents two inclined surfaces connected with a rib to form a slot. Thickness of the wall from the rib to the external surface of the building enclosure must be at least δ=20 mm. Under exposure of impact explosive load this area of the wall may be divided into separate parts, and opposite to the damaged part, at the outer side of the building enclosure, there is a protective screen from high-strength material, for instance, armour-piercing material, which is fixed on at least three horizontally arranged rods perpendicular to the building enclosure, at the ends of which there are discs fixed, and which pass through the holes in the protective screen, besides, discs arranged at the right side of rods are embedded into building enclosures, and elastic elements at the left side of the rods rest against the discs, and such elastic elements support the protective screen to the enclosure of buildings.
EFFECT: increased reliability of actuation of damaged explosion-proof devices in case of an emergency explosion at a facility.
