FIELD: construction.
SUBSTANCE: in front of a rupture part, from the external side of the building cladding, a protecting screen from a strengthened material, for example, armour-piercing material is located, which is fixed on, at least, three rods horizontally located and perpendicular to the building cladding, on the ends of which disks are fixed and which pass through protecting screen holes. The disks located from the right side of the rods, are immured into the building cladding, and the disks from the left side of the rods are rested by elastic elements underpinning the protecting screen to the buildings cladding. On the rods horizontally located and perpendicular to the building cladding the elastic elements in the form of a safety package of dish-shaped elastic elements for the protective screen of the collapsing part of the explosion-proof cladding of buildings containing the bearing rod which one end is rigidly immured by means of the disk of the bearing rod in the ferroconcrete panel, and another, free one, has the end of the bearing rod, the package of elastic elements for the protective screen, the bearing rod is rigidly placed and the protective screen through a pressurising gasket is installed on four bearing rods, while to the protective screen a guiding bush is rigidly fixed perpendicular to one of the ends , coaxial with the bearing rod and enclosing it with a gap, it is perpendicularly fixed to the bearing disk immured in the ferroconcrete panel, and, the second end of the guiding bushing enters with a gap in to the hole of a thrust cover of the package of the dish-shaped elastic elements, coaxial with it, which is fixed on the free threaded end of the bearing rod by means of a lock washer and a nut, and the package of dish-shaped elastic elements consists of series connected dish-shaped elastic elements which internal surface of the central holes interacts with the guiding bushing which is coaxially located with them. Each elastic element of a dish-shaped type contains a dish-shaped elastic surface in the form of a truncated cone which big bases in pairs thrust to each other, forming the package fixed on the guide bushing. Surfaces of each elastic element of a dish-shaped type are covered with a vibrodamping material, and the cavities formed by them are filled with polyurethane.
EFFECT: improvement of the reliability of fastening of the explosion-proof screen of a collapsing part of explosion-proof cladding of buildings in case of emergency explosion in the building.
