FIELD: protective devices.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to safety devices used in explosive and radioactive facilities, such as easy detachable panels and roof, blast guards and shields, excessive pressure valves. Explosion-proof crushing construction of the building fencing, containing reinforced concrete panels from destructible and non-destructive parts, the non-destructive part is made in the form of carrying ribs placed along the contour of the collapsing part, and the fracturing part is made in the form of at least two coaxially located depressions in the wall of the building, one of which, external, is formed by the planes of a regular quadrilateral truncated pyramid with a rectangular base, and the other, internal, represents two inclined surfaces connected by an edge, with formation of a groove. Opposite the rupture part, on the outer side of the building enclosure there is a protective shield made from a material with high strength, for example, an armored material which is fixed on at least three horizontally located and perpendicular to the building enclosure support rods, at the ends of which discs which pass through the holes in protective screen are fixed, disks located on the right side of rods are embedded in the fences of the building. Discs on the left side of rods rest against the elastic elements that support the protective screen to the enclosure of buildings, and recesses in the wall of the building are filled with heat-absorbing material and covered with a decorative panel that is easily destroyed during the explosion. Elastic elements supporting the protective shield to the enclosure of buildings are made in the form of a single-action shock absorber with collapsing elements, which contains a rod with a rigidly fixed disk on it, to which a damping base is attached and a resilient sleeve made of polyurethane is made in the form of a truncated cone. Lower base of the truncated cone is connected to the damping base, and the upper one rests against a single-acting element made in the form of a hub of brittle, which is compressed by an elastic element made in the form of a conical spring turned by its large base towards the disc, and the lower one towards the protective screen, where it is fixed in the grooves made in the protective screen, by injection polyurethane. Protective screen, made of a material of increased strength and fixed to horizontally located and perpendicular to the fence of the building rods, is made convex from the side of the non-destructive part in the form of carrying ribs placed along the contour of an organized collapsing structure. On disc side, an element of injection molding polyurethane is attached to the protective screen, enclosing simultaneously a disposable element made in the form of a hub from a brittle, collapsible material, for example porcelain, and a part of an elastic element in the form of a conical spring facing the protective screen.

EFFECT: higher reliability of explosion-resistant device operation during emergency explosion at the facility, and ensured return of these device to the original position after explosion.
