FIELD: safety devices.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to protective devices used in explosive and radioactive facilities, such as easily detachable panels and roofs, explosion-proof enclosures and shutters, excess pressure valves. Explosion-proof building enclosure structure comprises reinforced concrete panels with size of 6,000×1,800 mm. Panel consists of destructible and non-destructible parts, wherein latter is composed of bearing ribs arranged along outline of collapsible part, latter is composed of at least two coaxial recesses in building wall, one of which, external, is formed by planes of right quadrangular truncated pyramid with rectangular base, and other - internal - represents two inclined surfaces connected by a rib to form a slot, wherein wall thickness from outer surface of building enclosure must not be less than δ=20 mm, wherein at impact, explosive load said wall section can be divided into separate parts. Opposite collapsible parts, on outer side of building enclosure, there is a protective shield made from material with high strength, for example armoured material, which is fixed on at least three horizontally located and perpendicular to building enclosure, at ends of which discs are fixed and which pass through holes in protective shield. Discs located at right side of rods are immured into building enclosure, and discs from left side of rods rest against flexible elements underpinning protective shield to building enclosure. Recesses in building wall, one of which, external, is formed by planes of right quadrangular truncated pyramid with rectangular base, and the other - internal - represents two inclined surfaces connected by rib, filled with heat- and sound-absorbing material and closed by decorative easily collapsible panel. Element of single action is composed of sleeve from brittle, destructible material, for example porcelain, and is located coaxially to rod, envelops flexible element made in form of helical spring, one end of sleeve rests against protective shield, while another one on disc, sleeve located between shield and elastic sleeve in form of truncated cone of polyurethane, is elastic. Rectangular base is attached by screws to disc and is damping, combined and consisting of three damping layers.
EFFECT: higher reliability of collapsible explosion-proof devices during emergency explosion at site.
