SUBSTANCE: device comprises a converter (230) and a control circuit (350). The converter (230) comprises a half-bridge inverter (220), which functions as a step-up inverter and an output cascade inverter, besides, the half-bridge inverter has multi-position switches (221, 222). The control circuit (350) is configured to control input current of the power grid and the output current of the specified device independently by provision of the switching signal (S_HB) for switches in the half-bridge inverter, where the switching signal has porosity, frequency and skip cycle porosity.
EFFECT: possibility of functioning in a wide range of load variation.
