SUBSTANCE: invention relates to novel (R,R)- and (S,S)-diastereomers of 1,12-diamino-2,11-dimethyl-4,9-diazadodecane and 1,12-diamino-3,10-dimethyl-4,9-diazadodecane, respective structural formulae, given below, and methods of thereof obtaining Method of obtaining said compounds consists in alkylation of bisnosylputrescine salts or (R)- and (S)- N3-sulphamide salts, N1-protected of 1,3-diaminobutane with respective halogenide, with further removal of protective groups and conversion of obtained product into tetrahydrochloride.
EFFECT: claimed compounds represent original instruments for studying spermine metabolism enzymes, and can be used in vitro and in vivo for studying individual cell functions of easily interconvertible and partly interchangeable spermine and spermidine, which are vitally important for tumour cells and pathogenic trypanosomatids.
