FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: method involves performing an arthroscopy of a greater joint, localising and measuring an osteochondral or chondral defect, removing the free fragment and performing abrasive chondroplasty and microfacturing. Hyaline cartilage defects are repaired by introducing a mix of stromal vascular fraction (SVF) cells into the cartilaginous tissue defect together with fibrin glue with using the Duploject system. The arthrotomy is followed by exposing the involved joint for 5 minutes, which is followed by 8-10 cycles of passive flexion-extension movements. The SVF cells are introduced into smaller joints - ankle or elbow - under the control of an image converter, with an anaesthetised joint remained unexposed.

EFFECT: invention enables repairing the hyaline cartilage defects of the articulating surfaces with the mix of the stromal vascular fraction cells as soon as possible, without injuring the patient additionally.
