FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to traumatology and orthopaedics, and can be used for treating osteoarthrosis of knee joint. Introduced into an affected joint through a lower-lateral penetration needle 20G (0.9 × 70 mm) into the external cavity of knee joint of 4.5 ml suspension of stromal-vascular fraction of cell product in Hartman's solution. A cellular product is represented by a suspension of stromal-vascular fraction cells prepared by enzymatic treatment of adipose tissue in volume of 100–300 ml, taken by syringe tumescent liposuction. Enzymatic treatment of washed fatty tissue in Hartmann solution is carried out with 0.15 % collagenase of type 2. Further incubation is carried out on shaker for 30 minutes at temperature of 37 °C. Mixture is filtered through a sieve with pore diameter of 70–100 mcm. It is followed by washing in Hartmann's solution 3 times. It is centrifuged for 7 minutes at 300 g.

EFFECT: method provides higher stable therapeutic effect due to introduction of regenerative cells participating in cartilage tissue repair within one surgical procedure.
