FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to physiotherapy, exercise therapy, neurology, pulmonology, medical rehabilitation, and can be used in early recovery of ischemic stroke (IS) in the presence of accompanying chronic respiratory system disorders outside exacerbation. That is ensured by a complex exposure involving drug-induced, physiotherapeutic exposure and therapeutic exercise (TE). Drug-induced exposure includes daily nebuliser inhalations of broncho- and mucolytics and daily intramuscular injections of cortexin 10 mg, 10 days, . Physiotherapeutic exposure includes common gas-air dry carbonic baths (DCB) with temperature of 32–34 °C with flow rate of 20 l/min in training mode: starting from carbon dioxide concentration of 0.7 g/l, bringing in the last procedure up to 1.4 g/l, with exposure ranging from 12 minutes on the first procedure to 5 minutes at the last, only 7 procedures every second day for 2 weeks. TE includes a mechanotherapy, which is carried out in the form of functional training aimed at improving movements in joints of hands, on the Reo Go simulator for 20 minutes daily, 10 days, and in the form of a functional training walking skill – on C-mill simulator 5 days week for 20 minutes, total – 10 days. Also, the daily massage exposure for 10 days, including hydro-massage in the form of vortex baths for limbs, wherein the vortex baths are carried out at water temperature of 37–38 °C for 10 minutes for each limb. It is combined with manual massage of the collar zone for 15 minutes. That is followed by Strelnikov's respiratory gymnastics or exercises with respiratory breathing resistance, daily, for 20 minutes after physiotherapeutic procedures, before mechanotherapy is performed on the simulators.
EFFECT: method provides prolonged remission of chronic obstructive bronchopulmonary pathology and absence of repeated strokes up to 2 years.
