SUBSTANCE: medical device for vacuum closed drainage includes soft poroplast pad (1), drainage tube (2), located in soft poroplast pad (1) and provided with shank, projecting beyond soft poroplast pad (1), and elastic sealing rubber film (3), located on outer side of soft poroplast pad (1). Elastic sealing film (3) has sealing holes (3a) for tubes, for instance, for drainage tube (2), making it possible for it to protrude outwards, with diameter of open part of sealing holes (3a) being made smaller than external diameter of respective tube, protruding outwards. When device is used for orthopaedic drainage or drainage of perineum area, elastic sealing rubber films (3), are respectively placed around places of passage through elements of puncture needle device (9a) or anus catheter (11), with sealing holes (3a) being used to form hermetic sealing around puncture needles (9a) or anus catheter (11).
