FIELD: mining operations.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to mining, in particular in the development of mineral resources by open method using combined transport, and can be used in the development of deposits with sloping or horizontal mineral deposit occurrence with the elongated shape of open-pit mining in a plan. The method comprises working the upper and lower open-pit benches with the creation of a reloading point, consisting of the unloading platform for dump trucks, an excavation site, a loading hopper, a railway line, according to the invention the benches are worked with the excavation and loading machines, the rock is transported by the dump trucks, to the reloading-accumulating site, where using the excavator-dragline they are reloaded to the loading hopper of the conveyor or the railway transport, which are located beyond the working area of the upper group of the open-pit benches in the area of excavator-dragline operation and on the working site of the lower group of the open-pit benches in the area of excavator-dragline operation or just beyond the working area of the upper group of the open-pit benches depending on the thickness of overburden rocks. The amount of excavator-draglines is determined, the size of the reloading-accumulating site and the amount of overburden, placed to the reloading-accumulating site.

EFFECT: removal of transport communications and the loading hopper outside the working area of the upper group of the open-pit benches in the area of operation of the excavator-dragline and on the working site of the lower group of the open-pit benches in the area of operation of the excavator-dragline or their location only beyond the working area of the upper group of the open-pit benches, as well as the separation of the processes of unloading the dump trucks and loading the rock mass in the loading hopper of conveyor or railway transport in mining the deposits with sloping or horizontal mineral deposit occurrence with the elongated shape in the plan.
