FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: group of inventions refers to a method for the quantitative transfer of analytical samples and a device for implementing it. The method consists in the transfer of analytes, such as microorganisms, antibodies/antigens, substances of antibacterial action, nucleotides, antibiotics, hormones, DNA sequences, enzymes, organic material, biological material or material of a biological origin, enriching additives or selective additives for culture media. The method involves preparing a substantially homogeneous mixture of a specified basic amount of at least an analyte and a fluid and measuring the concentration or a known amount of the analyte in the mixture. Then, at least a collecting member of a sampling device is immersed into the mixture. The above device has a holder body, a collecting member comprising the first portion of the holder body and a fibre set attached to and carried by the first portion of the first portion of the holder body by flocking and setting up the flocked collecting member, or a flocked swab so as to collect some mixture onto the collecting member. The collecting member of the sampling device is removed from the mixture with bearing the specified known amount of the mixture to be transferred by the collecting member. That is followed by drying or lyophilising at least the collecting member, which comprises the specified known amount of the mixture to be transferred to prepare the sampling device with the pre-dosed specified known amount of the dried or lyophilised analyte on the collecting member.

EFFECT: providing the quantitatively correct transfer of the analytes with reducing a contamination risk.
