SUBSTANCE: group of inventions includes a method for production of device for collection, storage and transportation of samples of DNA or RNA for molecular biology, device for collection, storage and transportation of samples of DNA or RNA for molecular biology and method of collecting samples for molecular biology, with help of device. Method for production of device for collection, storage and transportation of samples of DNA or RNA for molecular biology includes at least holder, having at least a first section and multiple fibres attached and located in first section of holder by flocking, forming flocked collecting section intended for collection and storage of DNA or RNA samples for molecular biology at said collecting section. Method includes at least a step for preliminary treatment of set of fibres with a surfactant, which is performed after application on holder by flocking and/or before application on holder by flocking, and/or where surfactant is added to fibres during manufacturing of fibre.

EFFECT: invention enables to extract from collecting devices considerable amounts of samples and store them for further analysis.
