SUBSTANCE: invention is aimed at compositions and methods of extraction, detection, amplification and quantitative evaluation of pathogen-specific nucleic acids in a biological sample. Invention also relates to diagnostic kits comprising specific amplification primers and labelled detection probes, which specifically bind to amplification products obtained as a result.
EFFECT: also disclosed are compositions and methods for isolation and characteristics of nucleic acids specific to one or more pathogens, including, for example, influenza virus and Mycobacterium tuberculosis, from a wide range of samples, including a sample of biological origin, samples from environment, clinical and/or veterinary samples.
