FIELD: food industry.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to food industry, in particular, to equipment for portioned preparation of culinary products. The electric apparatus contains a heating base (1), a base lid (3) and at least one container (4) for food product accommodating, a support (2) installed between the heating base (1) and the base lid (3). In the support (2) there is a hole (22) for each container (4) suspension so that the bottom (41) of each container (4) is placed at a distance from the heating base (1). The support (2) is placed so that to encompass at least one container (4) within a major part of its height. The heating base (1) is equipped with a metal plate (10) positioned under the bottom (41) of the containers (4) and functionally connected to the heating means (12). The metal plate (10) contains a cavity (11) made with the possibility of accommodating a calibrated liquid quantity. The apparatus contains control means ensuring operation of the heating means (12) in the first mode where the temperature of the metal plate (10) is restricted to values lower than 100°C and in the second mode ensuring the possibility of the metal plate (10) heating till the temperature is higher than 100°C.

EFFECT: invention ensures improvement of yoghurt or dessert portions preparation quality due to provision for an area of uniform heating for all the portions in optimal temperature fields within such area.
