FIELD: heating.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a combined heating device comprising in a single structure a set of different components connected into single process chains, which can be controlled separately for selective treatment of products taking into account one or more heating processes. Proposed device comprises parallelepiped-shaped metal body with height-adjustable support legs arranged at its bottom. It is suitable for laying and/or installation on supporting surfaces of a room. Device comprises a top cover hinged to the body with the upper and rear end parts, and is actuated by the user manually from the front part of the housing or by means of automatic opening at the end of food preparation, and moves from the lowered closed position to the raised open position. Device also contains a board for controlling the execution of workers. Said control board is connected to electric circuits of the device together with the electric heating element and the heating temperature sensor of the said electric heating element. Housing also contains an internal chamber for hot treatment of food products. Said inner chamber is thermally insulated and adapted to separate heating either by said electric heating element or by means of generating microwaves in the form of a magnetron, or combined action of said agents. Said electric heating element is included in the lower heating plate or in the upper heating plate, and said upper cover with possibility of opening, is formed by the first flat part of the cover and the second flat part of the cover connected to the first flat part of the cover in the front part, note here that second flat part of cover is folded perpendicular to first flat part of cover with smaller surface area compared to first flat part of cover. Upper cover is made with an outer wall, and the inner wall is surrounded by an insulating material that can withstand high temperatures. Said lower heating plate is actuated by means of motion transmission elements controlled by the control panel in different positions in height depending on the size and type of food, for product placement between said two heating plates. Said lower heating plate interacts with weighing means, functionally connected to said control board for determining the weight of food products, and providing, through the control panel, the execution of each respectively selected program and the duration of food heating, depending on the type and weight of the food. Additionally, the device for hot treatment of food products contains means for collection of fat and liquids.
EFFECT: creation of a combined device combining several devices in one apparatus with a simultaneous increase in the speed of the process, increase in the productivity and the number of processed food products, modular design of food processing system, oil recycling and smoke removal in one device.
