SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to otorhinolaryngology, and can be applied for treatment of patients with combined trauma of nose and craniocerebral trauma on first day after trauma. For this purpose after trauma of nose and/or at the moment of reposition of nose bones 15 cm of sterile gauze turunda, with applied on it not less than 1 g of "Colegel^R", which contains recombinant interleukin 1 beta, is introduced. Time of exposition is 48 hours, then turunda is extracted, and fragments are fixed by gypsum bandage. Efficiency of carried out therapy is evaluated on the basis of analysis of levels of pro-inflammatory and pro-allergic interleukins in nasal washes before reposition of nose bones and after 7 days after its carrying out. Effect is considered positive in case of 2-4 times reduction of interleukin-4 and/or receptor antagonist of interleukin-1.

EFFECT: invention makes it possible to carry out preventive treatment of complications after nose trauma.
