FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to ophthalmology, and can be used for controlled intake of anterior eye chamber moisture. Paracentesis dissections of the cornea are performed, moisture intake followed by physiological saline filling. Paracentesis dissections of the cornea are made horizontally at distance of 1 mm from the limb parallel to each other. Anterior chamber moisture intake is performed by syringe 5.0 ml through Alcon Grieshaber aspiration system cannula arranged at angle of 30° to the eye plane, followed by cryopreservation at -80 °C for 3 hours. Volume of moisture of an anterior eye chamber is restored with normal saline using two cannulas of an aspiration system Alcon Grieshaber with moisture transfer from a micro-tube.
EFFECT: method provides higher clinical effectiveness by reducing injuries of the eye cornea and stress of surrounding eye tissues as a result of optimal arrangement of the cannula for moisture intake and simultaneous moisture filling in the anterior eye chamber.
