SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a toner, a developer containing the toner, and an image forming device. The toner comprises at least a crystalline resin as a binding resin, at that the content of the toner, soluble in tetrahydrofuran, comprises 5.0% or more by the peak area of the component having a molecular weight of 100,000 or more, in the molecular weight distribution, measured by gel permeation chromatography, and the content of the toner, soluble in tetrahydrofuran, has a weight average molecular weight of from 20,000 to 60,000.

EFFECT: obtaining a toner which is substantially improved in terms of stability to low-temperature fixation and also improved in terms of stability of thermal stability during storage, resistance to mechanical stresses and the ability to transfer, and which also enables to secure at a constant temperature and constant rate regardless of the paper type.
