SUBSTANCE: toner containing colouring matter is proposed; a binder resin containing a crystalline polyester and a non-crystalline polyester modified with urea and unmodified, and ethyl acetate in an amount of 1-30 μg/g. The degree of crystallinity of toner is 10% or more; ability to spread toner at atmospheric pressure - 1.20-2.50; the decimal logarithm of the dynamic modulus of elasticity at 100°C (G') of the toner is from 4.0 [log Pa] to 5.0 [log Pa], and ratio of loss modulus at 100°C (G") to the dynamic modulus of elasticity at 100°C (G') of toner ((G"/G')=tan δ) is 1.1-2.2. An image forming device, a technological cartridge, and a developer using the claimed toner are also provided.

EFFECT: proposed toner is capable of low-temperature fixation in conditions of low temperature and high ambient humidity.
