SUBSTANCE: claimed group inventions includes toner, developer, toner container to hold imaging device and method of forming an image. The toner contains: pigment, resin and junction separation agent, in which binding resin contains resin complex polyester, and toner cartridge meets the following requirements (1) and (2): (1): G'(50)≥3,0×10⁷ Pa and 1,0×10⁵ Pa≤G'(60)≤1,0×10⁷ Pa, and G'(50) is a dynamic module of elasticity toner when 50°C, and G'(60) is a dynamic module of elasticity toner when 60°C; and (2): spin-spin relaxation time toner at 50°C, measured using spin echo method in solid pulsed NMR is 1.0 MS or less.

EFFECT: high quality toner, which has the ability to consolidate and the desired low-temperature thermal stability during storage and when this prevents the formation of gaps after shifting.
