SUBSTANCE: device of tensioning adjusting of the web material comprises a drive electric motor, a tension sensor, an adder, a tension setting unit, a sensor of roll radius, it additionally comprises a functional unit, a power amplifier, two multiplier units, a setting unit of linear winding rate. The sensor of roll radius is connected to the input of the functional unit. The output of the functional unit is connected to the first input of the first multiplier unit and the first input of the second multiplier unit. The second multiplier unit is connected by the second input to the output of the tension setting unit, and by the output to the second input of the adder. The first input of the adder is connected to the tension sensor, and the output is connected to the first input of the power amplifier. The output of the power amplifier is connected to the drive electric motor, and the second input is connected to the output of the first multiplier unit. The second input of the first multiplier unit is connected to the setting unit of linear winding rate.

EFFECT: improved accuracy of stabilisation of winding density.
