SUBSTANCE: device for stabilizing the density of the winding of a flexible material comprises a drive motor with a power amplifier, a roll speed sensor, a pulse length sensor of the wound material, a comparison unit, a switch, an accumulator, an analog-to-digital converter, a theoretical radius calculator, and a scaling unit. The pulse length sensor of the wound material is connected to the first input of the switch. The second input of the switch together with the input of the theoretical radius calculator is connected to the output of the roll speed sensor. The output of the switch through the accumulator is connected to the input of the analog-to-digital converter. The converter is connected with its output to the first input of the comparison unit. The output of a theoretical radius calculator is connected to the second input of the comparison unit via a scaling unit. The output of the comparison unit through the power amplifier is connected to the drive motor.
EFFECT: improved stabilization accuracy of bulk winding density.
